저는 진솔하게 말하고 행동으로 다른 사람을 돕는 데 큰 행복감을 느끼는 성격입니다. 그러나 다른 사람의 문제에 개입하는 것이 항상 바람직한 결과로 이어지는 것은 아니라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 선도자로서, 더 나은 삶을 위해 할 수 있는 일과 해야 하는 일을 명확히 이해하고 있지만, 모두가 변화에 대해 준비가 된 것은 아니기 때문입니다. 따라서 선도자가 변화를 강요하게 되면 상대방이 불만을 느끼거나 부당한 대우를 받고 있다고 생각하게 될 수 있습니다. 통찰력이 뛰어난 성격이지만 가끔은 상황을 잘못 파악하거나 잘못된 조언을 건네는 일도 있습니다.

I am an individual with the ENFJ personality type, and I cherish the effort to discover a great purpose in life. Possessing a thoughtful and idealistic nature, I strive to positively influence the surrounding world and people, ensuring that I don't miss opportunities to do the right thing even in challenging situations.

 

Many ENFJs are engaged in professions such as politicians, coaches, and teachers, where their passion and charisma have an impact not only in their careers but also in various aspects of life. I find great satisfaction in helping friends and loved ones develop.

 

With the ability to quickly grasp the intentions and beliefs of others, I can often understand the thoughts and emotions of different individuals swiftly. This insight proves helpful in persuading and inspiring enthusiasm in others.

 

Changing someone else's thoughts is no easy task, but I believe I have the capability to bring about change in others. As a leader, I am driven by sincere aspirations to pursue what is right rather than manipulating or seeking power. I make efforts to find common ground, even when opinions differ, and communicate my values with a meticulous attitude, aiming to impress others.

 

I take joy in genuinely helping others through honest words and actions. However, I am aware that intervening in other people's problems doesn't always lead to desirable outcomes. As a leader, I understand what needs to be done and what can contribute to a better life, but not everyone is prepared for change. Consequently, if I push for change, others may perceive it as dissatisfaction or unfair treatment. Despite possessing excellent insight, there are times when I may misinterpret situations or offer misguided advice.

 

Being a dedicated altruist, I am prepared to face difficulties to uphold the beliefs of myself and others. The strong convictions of a leader combined with innate leadership skills give rise to formidable strength.

 

In reality, the most outstanding ability of a leader is to set an example and guide others. With a passionate, dedicated, and compassionate nature, I strive daily to make the world a better place, providing advice and assistance to colleagues facing challenges.
